The Villas are opposite the tenth tee of the golf course, with an access gate  to the carpark at The Vines Hotel.  Stroll across to the Hotel which includes top class restaurants and bars, swimming pools, squash courts, tennis court, gymnasium, golf shop and of course the world class golf courses.

The complex runs alongside the golf course which is also home to a large kangaroo population, which likes to laze away the days in the bush behind the villa, along with other wildlife and birds.

The villa is furnished with quality furnishings and whitegoods and is fully self-contained. This includes all kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery, coffee plunger, pots and pans, bowls, tea, coffee and sugar, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, iron and ironing board.  All linen is supplied, including sheets, pillows, comfortable beds, extra bedding, towels and beach towels, tea towels and table napkins, - everything you would need in a fully functional home.

The Villa has reverse cycle airconditioning for your Summer and Winter comfort and, in addition a gas heater for extra warmth on chilly Winter nights, a 32” LCD  television, DVD player, a small selection of DVD's, card and board games. The  courtyard includes an eight person table and chairs, gas barbecue and outlook over the golf course.  

Quiet, private and relaxing, yet easy access to several activities for families, couples, adventure or romance, The Vines is on the doorstep of the Swan Valley with its many wineries, breweries and restaurants within easy travel distance as well as the Chocolate Factory, the Icecream Factory, Mondo Nougat, Caversham Wildlife Park, and various other attractions.  A short drive North, will take you to Chittering Tourist Way attractions.
